Development and planning of event concept

Booking and selection of venues

Decor and styling

Coordination with vendors

Event coordination on site

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Delivery of proper event details and preferences

Clear and timely communications

Payment on due dates

Compliance with venue and vendor requirements

3. Bookings and Payments

A booking for events will be secured by advance payment.

Final payment will be made before the event date, unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.

4. Cancelling and RefundsWritten cancellations are required.

Refunds (where applicable) will be on a sliding scale depending on the timing of cancellation and services already booked or utilised.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided on this website, including images, text, and logos, are intellectual property of Varosyan Events. Unauthorised reproduction is strictly forbidden.

6. Limitation of Liability

Varosyan Events is not responsible for:

Delays or defaults by third parties or suppliers

Weather or force majeure conditions

Losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
